PLANT & MACHINERIES WITH COMPUTERIZED AIDED DESIGN :- The pump sets are manufactured by adopting latest technology using SPM & CNC machines, Auto-welding machines, Auto Hydraulic Pneumatic and Assembly units under the strict supervision of qualified and experienced engineers trained to maintain the quality and consistency performance of pump sets.CAD is used for designing of all critical components, impellers and electrical motors to achieve optimum performance. Unit has also R&D facilities to study and analyse the product for continual improvement and up- gradation of quality, efficiency and performance of pump sets.The company has electrical flow-meter in their computerized testing laboratory which provides unique facility of testing multiple pump sets simultaneously for Head vs. Discharge and overall efficiency at various positions and plotting of performance-curve just in seven minutes, thus minimizing the time and human error and making the test report more authentic and reliable.UNNATI Submersible Pumpsets are very well accepted in the domestic market in India.
