• About Us : <br> <br>The VietNam E-Commerce Portal (ECVN) is established under Decision No.266/2003/QD-TTg dated 17th December, 2003 by the Prime Minister. ECVN is operated by the Ministry of Trade for the purpose of constructing a commercial portal for the Vietnamese businesses community. ECVN assists businesses to be quickly acquainted with and participate in the potential trading instrument known as e-commerce in order to improve their competitiveness in the international integration. <br /> <br />ECVN helps enterprises to buy and sell their products online in a large-scale effective and favorable platform (B2B ? Business to Business), making a remarkable contribution to the promotion of export.
