Now Vishwa is introducing a new concept in the field of Industrial, Domestic & Commercial Lighting which reduces the consumption of Electrical Energy by nearly 60% by just using LED in place of Halogen Bulb, Tube Light, Mercury Vapour, Metal Halide, etc. types of lamps. We know that to remove old fitting and buy new range of LED based fitting will cost heavy to implement this change. In order to overcome we have introduced and are pioneers in retrofitting LED lamps in place of bulb and tube in your same old fitting of various types of lamps & fixtures. Our main focus is on Retro Fitting Project (fitting LED lights in to ready / available fixtures) • Vidhya Sahakari Bank was first project of this kind was executed (year2008). • Next Sahydri Hospital, Deccan (year2009), and so on. To maintain the quality, We use only Philips LED and other required allied products like PCB, Power supply(LED driver) are developed in house. We have also Testing Facility required for these lights made in house which in turn says that our company is very much self contended. Due to these facilities, knowledge and technical confidence we also have developed total products as per UL Standards for company named SEMCO PVT. LTD., CHAKAN(EOU) in the year 2011 REASONS FOR AN IMPLEMENTATION - WHY ONLY LED: 1. Consumption is considerably less as compared to normal lamp for same light intensity. 2. Long life i.e. normal LED works for 50, 000 hours almost 11 years (All others are up to 10, 000 hrs). 3. Angle of light emission is 160 deg. i.e. Downward Light. 4. Less heat generation as compared to halogen bulb & others. 5. No fluctuation or frequent switching on-off. 6. No starting delay as compared to our industrial over head halogen lamps, etc. Above table is showing only saving of utilization. Some important facts to be highlighted are: • Expense required for changing bulb or tube in 11 years i.e. price of lamp. • Manpower working hours to change the bulb or tube. • Storage area to keep spare bulb or tube, Paper Work, Ordering Procedures, Octroi Amount, etc. • Loss of working hours in specific area where no light due to failure of tube or bulb. • Power factor reach to unity hence reduce M.D. as well as light bill. • We can claim for Carbon Credit Facility due to saving in electricity bill. • Vishwa Pvt.
