By 1996, the team has successfully developed the Chain Store Management System which is an integrated system consisting of Accounting module, Point of Sale (POS) module, Inventory module and Reporting modules.In 1997, the team successfully implemented an improved version of centralized control system - Wholesales Retail Chain Store Management System (WRCSMS) that would enable head quarter (HQ) to monitor the operation of branches. WRCSMS is capable of integrating all the branches ' information on inventory control, POS, Accounting, Payroll and Barcode system. Within the same year, the company successfully sold this system to over 100 clients through word of mouth promotion.
