• About Us : More than ten years ago, Walitoys International Limited started its stuffed toy industry with its head office based in Hong Kong. With strong faith and devotion to make a huge success, Walitoys is now a Walitoys & Garment Ltdll-established company with its own production plants in Dongguan, a famous industrial area in China. In Dongguan, one of the most easily accessible industrial centers in the Southern part of China, about 75km across Hong Kong border, Walitoys has set up its self own production facilities which houses a wide variety of advanced and efficient machinery. Due to the order pressure, Walitoys has to expand its production capacity. Our China factory expanded production lines of doll dress and clothing operated under the company name of ' Walitoys& Garment Ltd. ' since 2003. The factory houses 560 sewing machines,16 heat cutting facilities for plush,8 hydraulic precise die cutting facilities,4 metal detectors,2 large sets of polyester fiber carding machine and 6 sets of fiber stuffing machines. The monthly production of its 8' - 12' stuffed toys reaches 750K - 800K pieces, To ensure a smooth and speedy operation process, Walitoys hires over 1,250 skillful workers with a team of management with high caliber to scrutinize the whole production process. In addition to its efficiency, quality is also a priority concern of Walitoys. The company has trained up a stringent quality control team to inspect every production stage so that its plush toys always offer steady yet high quality.
