Wellchem is one of Russia�s major companies and its production complex is located in the Moscow region. The design capacity of the production facilities is 70 million units of output in aerosol packaging per year. The use of high-capacity equipment from leading European manufacturers and an up-to-date quality control system at all stages of production together with experienced staff enable the production of high-quality output. At present, all the company�s efforts are directed towards the production of a single-component polyurethane foam sealing compound. We are seeking to meet the needs of both professional builders and DIY users carrying out sealing jobs in their own homes. � The aerosol containers are filled on automated Star Pak and Flexipak aerosol lines supplied by the UK Aerofill company � state-of-the-art equipment producing high-quality output in line with international standards. � The chemical components are prepared on DeMaCo equipment supplied from the Netherlands � In-house production of aerosol packaging on automated lines supplied by the Swiss company Soudronic with an annual capacity of 90 million containers, making it possible to meet the plant�s high-quality container requirements.
