The factory was established in 1940 in USSR (Armenia) . During 1960 1990 the factory was the leading company of USSR engaged in power generation and transformation industry. After the collapse of USSR the factory was closed for a period of time and in year 2000 after making investments it was reopened. Now the company is bringing back the lost position in market and we are doing our best to fasten this process.
