- About Us : Windmill Industry Sdn Bhd was established in 1997 and has since grown to become a leading low cost manufacturer of tissue paper products in Malaysia. In addition to marketing Windmill Industry Sdn Bhd own house brands, we also specialized in manufacturing private labels on behalf for leading tissue paper distributors, cleaning and janitorial contractors, trading houses, reputable retailers and direct end-users. As per request, we can produce no-label products for resellers and also special sizes to meet customers requirement. Our competitive edge lies on our ability to produce reasonably priced tissue paper products without compromising on quality. Normally, low cost is often associated with poor or substandard product quality; but we are, however, on the contrary. We keep ourselves lean and mean by maintaining our costs as low as possible, eliminating production downtime, minimizing paper wastages, maximizing our productivity, optimizing our resources etc. Without unnecessary cost burden, we pass the cost advantages on to our customers in the form of competitive pricing. Rest is assured; our product quality is our pride. Before leaving the final production lines, all our products have to go through a channel of stringent quality control process. This measure is to meet our zero defect; zero reject quality assurance policy. Presently, all our products are made from high quality but yet, environmental friendly,100 percent recycled paper. We only source our paper feed stocks from reputable paper mills, local and abroad. Our strategic location in Klang Valley gave us a wide coverage area to market our products. Our products are marketed throughout Malaysia via a network of specialized and dedicated independent distributors. While the domestic market is vital to us, the export market is equally as important. We are actively pursuing to expand our export sales and have set a 50:50 target ratio for our domestic and export sales respectively. Currently, about 50 percent of our products are exported to various customers in Singapore(also for re-exports), Brunei, Philippines, Hong Kong and Papua New Guinea. After all, Port Klang(Malaysias premier sea port and main export gateway) is all but 30 minutes away from our factory. We always believe our integrity plays an important role in shaping our future. Being a relatively newcomer in this industry, we have nothing much to impress our customers except high quality and competitively priced products, dependable services and most important, our integrity. It is our continuing policy to maintain close relationship with our customers, suppliers and business associates. We are proud to announce that to date, none of our customers has ever complained about us being dishonest. And neither have we ever defaulted on any payment to suppliers. That is our integrity.
