Our 3-step selection process is distinct, unique, exhaustive, and most significantly very transparent. a) Heap Selection ; Wisdom experts carefully examine seed cotton and select the appropriate raw cotton for ginning. b) Bale Inspection ; Our local experts perform manual inspection of ginned cotton. c) HVI Testing ; After manual inspection samples are drawn. Typically sampling has been one of the major problem areas in the past. However, Wisdom employees are well trained to draw samples scientifically and exhaustively. These samples are sent to Wisdom approved HVI testing labs using state of the art Uster machines. Wisdom Corporate tracks the entire process, as above. We assimilate and carefully analyze the results from each stage, namely Heap Selection, Bale Inspection, and HVI Testing, before approving the shipment. Wisdom Corporate also has all samples and test reports readily available for our customers. We believe in complete transparency in our quality assurance process and our customers are more than welcome to access the samples and the quality reports at any time during the process.
