- About Us : World Oil and Gas Nigeria Limited Direct Mandates to a Hong Kong based Oil Company that has Nigerian National Petroleum Coporation Crude Oil Allocation.Below are their proceedures:1. The Buyer and Seller signs and seals the Sales and Purchase Agreement (Contract) with full banking details and exchange the signed copy via electronic mail. The electronic signed copy of both parties is considered legally binding and enforceable.2. Buyer issues a letter of Intent and seller responds with POP.3. Sellers bank issues a Non-Operative cash bond of $500,000.00 USD to buyers bank upon confirmation of POP.4. Within 24hours Buyers bank responds with a cash bond of $500,000.00 USD to activate sellers cash bond.5. Upon confirmation of cash bond by Sellers bank, seller charters a vessel in buyers name and sends the CPA and Q88 to buyer complete with call sign, immarsat nos., flag e.t.c within 48 Hours.6. Seller programs and loads vessel in buyer's name and vessel sails to international waters or any designated spot on the West African Coast as agreed between buyer and seller within 7 days of receipt of CPA and Q88.7. Seller issues a marine ATB to buyer/Buyer's inspectors within 24 hours of completion of loading.8. Buyer conducts Q and Q at the designated point in West Coast.9. Buyer takes over vessel and sails to port of discharge.10. Payment is made to the seller/seller's bank at the time the buyer takes possession of the chartered vessel. The payment is made from the Buyer's bank by SWIFT wire transfer to seller's bank. Commissions due to the mandates, facilitators and agents are paid at the same time that the payment is made to the seller and by the same method used for the crude in accordance with the amounts and timeline recorded in the (IMFPA) Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement section of this Sales Purchase Agreement.Note: only serious buyers should contact please we dont need time wasters.
