The factory possesses one magnesium production line(inpidgeon's method) with an annual productivity of 1,000 tons and one magnesium alloy production line with the same productivity. The value of the fixed assets of our factory amounts to rmb 10 million yuan. The advanced semi-continuous founding technique adopted in our production line enables us to produce magnesium alloys of the highest quality with the following characteristics: High strength(ie.: Compact inside structure, no contracted holes or looseness on the section), no impregnant etching, no oxide intercalations either inside or on the surface and no asymmetry in chemical composition. We are able to produce highly purified magnesium alloy clubbed material and ingots of various sizes and types because we have already mastered all sorts of analyzing methods.
