- About Us : Yazkan Foundry was established in Ankara-Turkey in 1975. Yazkan Dokum Makine San. Tic. Ltd. Sti. annual production capacity is approximately 3, 000 tons. We produce whole range of both grey and ductile iron. (Grey : GG20 to GG 30 - Ductile Iron : GGG 40 - GGG 70 ) Our company produces especially spare part for domestic, European and overseas(USA, *****) costumers. Our costumers fields of activity are in machinery spare , compressor manufacturers, railways, marine, wind energy, defence industry and earth mover sectors. Our factory is furnished with automatic furan molding line which is suitable for both large and small series of production, 2x1, 500 kgs /per hour induction furnaces. Our molding box measurments are ; � 1200x1200 mm for automatic molding station � Up to 1.5 ton for hand molding, Also we have machining department in our company. We are manufactured with two CNC horizontal machining center, one CNC vertical machining center, two CNC vertical lathes, one CNC horizontal lathe, and universal machines in machining department. In our quality policy, our company has well equipped lab. We use CAD-CAM simulation programs successfully for during the casting like as cylinder heads or pistons. And 75% of the parts produced are exported. Our company have been working according to ISO 9001 quality management system.
