Buyer countersign and return FCO to Seller. <br />3.Seller issues Draft Contract (Draft SPA) open for amendments. Then, Buyer signs and returns .to Seller. <br />4.Both Buyer and Seller deposit contracts in their respective banks. <br />5.Seller issues Pro-Forma Invoice for the first month?????liftable quantity. <br />6.Buyer issues the Standby LC (MT103/23) Total amount for one month cargo. <br />7.Seller?????Bank, upon receipt from Buyer?????bank of the MT103/23, replies by swifting FULL POP and 2% Performance Bond to Buyer?????Bank and/or any named assignee by means of a Prime Top 50 World Ranking Bank, guarantee Model ICC 458 as acceptable in writing by buyer.
