Our general sizes for sea bass and sea bream are 200-300 g ,300-400 g and 400-600 g for whole and gutted ones.Our sizes for sea bass and sea bream fillets are 40-70 g ,70-100 g ,100-140 g and 140-180 g.For rainbow trout our general sizes are 180-200 g ,200-220 g ,220-240 g and 240-260 g.Also we can produce single and butterfly fillets by using 200 g and above sizes.
