We are producing our jang with 100% natural ingredients, in Korean traditonal cast iron pot, oak wood, fermented in "Hwangtobag" (Korean old style room) and leave 2 years in Hangari (Jar 120~150liter) to get ready to serve. <br /> <br />We are producing in old Korean style way but with modern hygiene facilities.<br><br>
