Our R&D team of 38 engineers has more than 20 years experience in development of gasoline powered tools. Our new product development is guided by APQP which is required by the ISO/TS16949 auto industry standard. We introduce more than 5 new products to the market every year. Our stratified charge technology makes our engine emission meet the standards of EuII and EPA. Ceramic coated cylinder improves engine performance and durability. Magnesium alloy crankcase reduces the product weight. Anti-kickback chain brake system improves operation safety. Also, es-starting technology, adjustable automatic oiling system and toolless maintenance provide easy operation. We are always dedicated to make our products more environmentally friendly, energy saving, comfortable and much safer. Quality Control We have established and carried out ISO9001 quality management system, and ensure its effective running. Our list of inspection equipments includes: Germany coordinate measuring machine, Japan universal length meter, contourgraph, magneto testing bench, Japan Horiba emission analyzer, brake time testing bench. Also, we have passed the certification of measurement management system. We strictly act incoming inspection, process inspection and delivery inspection. During production, we test and monitor the on line emission. By emphasizing the importance of total employee involvement of quality management, we pay much attention to failure handling and corrective measures. The core value of our quality control is to continuously improve product quality, and pursue excellence and perfection. Production Capacity Our annual output is 500, 000 units. There are 12 professional production lines and 120 sets of parts machining and die-casting equipments, together with a complete range of advanced inspection and testing devices. Our professional management team of lean production carries out 5S management system at production sites. We use WALBRO carburetor, OREGON guide bar and chain on our products. Supported by our strong procurement system, we are committed to continuously improve our delivery performance.
