Zoellner until 1980. At that time the firm was taken over by Dr. Rolf Murmann who held the main shares until 1991 when ZOELLNER Signal GmbH became a member of the Austrian owned AVL Group. With the beginning of the year 2001 a section of the AVL Zoellner GmbH returned into the ownership of the Murmann family where it continues the successful operation as ZOELLNER - Signal System Technologies under the management of Dr. Philipp Murmann.
