Its facilities includes 7 high speed CNC machine center from Switzerland and Japan, 13 CNC machine center from Japan and Taiwan, 2 Minor EDM from Switzerland, 28 ZNC EDM from Hong Kong and Taiwan. 23 injection machine from 50 tons to 1780 tons Etc. Processing management always be under control ISO 9001 certified. In 2005, our annual production capacity of 800 standard mold sets with the capability to build molds weight over 40 Metric Tons. We have rich experience in hot runner technology, gas-assisted injection molding, mold flow defect analysis, mold design allowance for excessive warp or distortion, mold cooling optimization, weld-line elimination and 2-shot molding.
