Rapid Canine Brucellosis Ag Test Kit Introduction Rapid Brucellosis antigen rapid test kit using rapid immunochromatographic test to detection brucellosis antigens. After the sample to be added to the loading hole, it moves along the chromatographic membrane together with the colloidal gold labeled anti-Brucellosis monoclonal antibody. When a Brucellosis antigen is present in the sample, it shows a red-wine color by binding to the antibody on the assay line. No color reaction occurs if no Brucellosis antigen is present in the sample. Procedure 1. Specimen A. Pure culture bacteria: Pick up a single colony of suspected Brucella to sample buffer, cover and shake thr tube vigorously for more than 30 seconds, hen let it stand for 5 minutes. B.Clinical specimens: Use swab dipped in suspected brucella in inguinal lymph node acupuncture aspirates, vaginal discharge, diseased tissue homogenates.
