Structural characteristic and performance of the machine tool 1. Siemens two-axis linkage CNC system or other domestic famous brands are used with PLC installed inside and LCD. 2. Fixed amount oil pump is used for lubricating of the machine tool to ensure accuracy and service life of guide rail and screw rod. 3. Automatic measuring tools can be selected for on-line measuring to realize automatic grinding cycling and ensure size accuracy of the processed work piece. 4. The main shaft of grinding wheel adopts three-pad main shaft to ensure rotary accuracy, rigid and stability during working of the grinding wheel main shaft. The guide rail of grinding wheel frame adopts steel guide rail. 5. Plastic coated guide rail is used as guide rail for working table with high abrasion resistance, anti-vibration and high sensitivity. 6. The machine tool is equipped with full closed protective shell to prevent splashing of cooling liquid in order to ensure cleanliness of the working environment and safety of operators. 7. Protective device and electric cabinet of the machine tool is of integrated type with good sealing performance.
