Product Details
The feed and correction of the machine tool are executed by two non-interference transmission mechanism. The feed system has the fixed distance grinding function by means of manual or hydraulic actuator feed method. The machine tool is equipped with the jump institution, so it is not necessary to conduct the manual tool setting again after exiting the grinding wheel for measurement or modification. Suspension device is used in the quick retreat of the workbench. The quick retreat distance can be adjusted according to the requirement to decrease the auxiliary time. The start hand of the workbench is equipped with the safety interlock to ensure the security of loading, unloading and measurement. The maximum speed of revolution of the machine tool spindle is 24000rpm to improve the grinding of small holes. For user’s special order, the frequency control of electric spindle can be adapted to grind the inner hole with small diameter
