After the fall of communism, the stratev family organized several villages in a cooperative. Located in one of the most ecologically clean areas of the balkan peninsula, the stratev cooperative focuses on the preparation of natural milk products with world famous nutritional values. Our organization uses the high quality rich sheep's milk of the rhodope mountains where the animals range free on thriving pastures. We carefully select the members of our cooperative and require them to abide by our guiding principles. We collect mountain herbs, fruits, and mushrooms and participate in the preparation of other food products. In bulgaria, we produce specialty canned fruits and vegetable with great taste, excellent nutrition characteristics and a wide range of choices. We apply modern technologies, strict technological discipline and perfect hygiene. Tangra products can meet the requirements and expectations of the finest connoisseurs because they combine the traditions and specific characteristics of the bulgarian cuisine. We use only high quality pure raw materials in combination with precise preparation and beautiful final design of the ready products. No preservatives or chemicals are used in our production.
