  Compact Steam Boilers Fire Tube, Wet Back Compact Steam Boilers with high capacities and working pressure are designed and manufactured with the following specifications: • Designed according Standard EN12953, BS2790 and Iranian National Standard ISIRI 4231 • Capacities from 100 to 500 KG per hour with a working pressure of 3 to 25 Bar. • With very high thermal efficiency for Exclusive design. • With Dry steam production • With Full Automatic Control Panel System • With Design approval from inspection company • Providing plaque and standard inspection certificate issued by Standard Organization and Inspector Company. • All used Steel Plate is Alloy steel plates according Boiler Plate German Standard DIN17155, grade 17MN4 and all used Seamless Boiler Tubes is Alloy steel tubes according Boiler tubes German standard DIN17175, grade ST35.8 • All Handing Welding by E7018 and E6010 preheat electrode and professional welder according Instructions PQR and WPS certificates. • 95% of all longitudinal and environmental welding operations by automatic Submerged Arc welding machine manufactured by WIM Malaysian company. • All welding operations of tubes to tube sheets are by ORBITAL Welding machine. • All welding operations done by Professional welders with Inspection company and National Standard confirmation certificates. • Boiler Body insulation is by rock wool and cover by Stainless Steel sheets. • Front and back doors insulation is by Refractory cement. • Doing NDT tests from all welding procedures by Standard Organization inspector. • Inspection of all used materials and the production process and all tests conducted by the Inspector reference standard quality control inspectors licensed by the Standards Organization. • With Hand Hole, head Hole and Man Hole trapdoors for easier annual inspection.
