    Deaerator • Designed according standard ASME-Section 1-9 • Capacity 500 to 30000 KG per hour • With High efficiency and high quality • Three stage disinfection and with turret for air disinfection • Production by alloy plates • Covering by stainless steel sheets • Have extra tubing passes • All Handing Welding by E7018 and E6010 preheat electrode and professional welder according Instructions PQR and WPS certificates. • 95% of all longitudinal and environmental welding operations by automatic Submerged Arc welding machine manufactured by WIM Malaysian company. • All welding operations done by Professional welders with Inspection company and National Standard confirmation certificates. • Inspection of the manufacturing processes by quality control unit (QC man) • Body insulation is with rock wool and cover with a Stainless Steel sheets. • With Hand Hole, head Hole and Man Hole trapdoors for easier annual inspection.
