  Fire Tube & Wet Back Hot Water Boilers Dual or One Furnace Fire Tube, Wet Back, Four Pass and Three Pass manner with Combustion Chamber (Wrapper) Hot Water Boilers with high capacities and working pressure are designed and manufactured with the following specifications: • Designed in accordance with BS2790 standard and the national Iranian standard ISIRI 4231. • Boiler capacity is from 400,000 to 10,000,000 kcal per hours and working pressure of 6 to 25 Bar. • With High thermal efficiency. • Has the combustion chamber ( Wrapper ) and Full Four pass and Three pass manner completed for high thermal efficiency • Automatic control equipment and electrical systems • With two trapdoors for checking Burner Flame in the boiler furnace. • Inspection of all used materials and the production process and all tests conducted by the inspectors licensed by the Standards Organization. • Providing plaque and standard inspection certificate issued by Standard Organization and Inspector Company. • All used Steel Plate is Alloy steel plates according Boiler Plate German Standard DIN17155, grade 17MN4 and all used Seamless Boiler Tubes is Alloy steel tubes according Boiler tubes German standard DIN17175, grade ST35.8 • All Handing Welding by E7018 and E6010 preheat electrode and professional welder according Instructions PQR and WPS certificates. • 95% of all longitudinal and environmental welding operations including: Shell plates, Furnace Plate, Tubes Sheets, Wrapper and Shell and Furnace to Tubes Sheets by automatic Submerged Arc welding machine manufactured by WIM Malaysian company. • All welding operations of tubes to tube sheets are by ORBITAL Welding machine. • All welding operations done by Professional welders with Inspection company and National Standard confirmation certificates. • Boiler Body insulation is by rock wool and cover by Stainless Steel s
