  Dual Furnace Fire Tube and Wet Back Steam Boilers Dual Furnace Fire Tube, Wet Back, Four Pass and Three Pass manner with Combustion Chamber (Wrapper) Steam Boilers with high capacities and working pressure are designed and manufactured with the following specifications: • Designed according EN12953 and BS2790 standard and the Iranian national standard ISIRI 4231. • Capacities from 16,000 to 35,000 kg per hour with a working pressure of 10 to 30 bar. • With two corrugated Furnace and having very high thermal efficiency level. • With Full Automatic Control Panel System • With two trapdoors for checking Burner Flame in the boiler furnace. • With two anti explosion trapdoors. • Inspection of all used materials and the production process and all tests conducted by the Standards inspectors licensed by the Standards Organization. • Doing NDT tests from all welding procedures by Standard Organization inspector. • Providing plaque and standard inspection certificate issued by Standard Organization and inspector Company. • All Handing Welding by E7018 and E6010 preheat electrode and professional welder according Instructions PQR and WPS certificates. • 95% of all longitudinal and environmental welding operations including: Shell plates, Furnace Plate, Tubes Sheets, Wrapper and Shell and Furnace to Tubes Sheets by automatic Submerged Arc welding machine manufactured by WIM Malaysian company. • All welding operations of tubes to tube sheets are by ORBITAL Welding machine. • All welding operations done by Professional welders with Inspection company and National Standard confirmation certificates. • Boiler Body insulated is with Rock Wool compressed to a thickness of 100 MM with a density of 120 kg/dm3 and Cover and outside lagging the insulation sheet steel according to ASTM GR. 304. • All used Steel Plate is Alloy steel plates according Boiler Plate
